Delete your Trial Room account

Option 1 — Delete in the app (recommended)

1. Open the Trial Room app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile (account icon in the header).
3. Scroll to Delete account and tap it.
4. Confirm when prompted. Your session ends and you return to the welcome flow.

Deletion through the app is processed immediately on our servers when the request succeeds.

Option 2 — Request by email

If you cannot access the app, email us from the address registered on your Trial Room account:

Use subject line: Delete Trial Room account

We verify that the request comes from your registered email, then delete the account within 30 days. We may contact you once if we need to confirm identity.

What we delete

When your account is deleted, we remove data associated with your user ID, including:

• Profile (name, email, phone, avatar)
• Login sessions and authentication records tied to your account
• Virtual try-on history and try-on result images stored for your account
• Body measurement scans and related photos
• Wishlist entries
• Store owner data you created (stores, categories, products, and product images)
• OTP codes and login-attempt records linked to your identifiers

Color tone recommendations are computed on demand and are not stored as a separate profile on our servers.

What we may keep

• Security and audit logs — anonymized or with user reference removed, kept only as long as needed for fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution (typically up to 90 days unless law requires longer).
• Backups — encrypted backups may retain deleted data until those backups rotate (usually within 30 days).

Delete some data without deleting your account

You can remove specific personal data while keeping your Trial Room account. Deletion is processed immediately on our servers when the in-app action succeeds.

Delete a virtual try-on result

1. Open the Trial Room app and sign in.
2. Open the try-on from your history or after completing a try-on.
3. Tap the trash icon on the result screen and confirm.

Removes that try-on job and its stored result image. Your account and other try-ons stay.

Delete a body measurement scan

1. Open Profile → Body measurements.
2. In past scans, select the scan you want to remove.
3. Tap Delete and confirm.

Removes that scan’s photos and measurement values. Other scans and your account stay.

Request by email

To request deletion of specific data without closing your account, email hello@cogentsoftwares.com from your registered address. Tell us what to delete (e.g. all try-ons, all body scans). We respond within 30 days.

What stays until you delete your account

• Your profile, login, and wishlist (unless you remove items individually where the app allows).
• Store owner catalog data if you use an owner account.
• Security logs and encrypted backups — same retention as full account deletion above.
